Scenario 2030

Scenario writing was also one of my favourite assignments. I find joy in doing research in all kinds of ways. For this assignment we mostly did our research in academic articles. Forecasting a world in 2030 with in mind to make a brand relevant is in my eyes super important.

The first brand book but also the first brand I have ever made. I have learned working with vision, mission and values to give a brand more depth. Give meaning to a brand without using products. The brand called Hupps is for the protest scholar who want a better and more green world. The brand wants to make is accessible for teenagers to make sustainable fashion choices. I translated the values in to the visual communication with the pictures and layout but also in text and in form. I used cardboard, just like in the protest what made the book very thick and impressive, just like a protest is.

To make the brand Hupps more complete I also made a fashion book. A book for designers to get a look and feel of the brand. Again I implemented the cardboard and I wanted to give it a playful feeling.

The last assignment for Hupps in semester two was to make a 3D object. I struggled a lot and got my great due to my good research. This object is not where I am proud of. It is an hourglass made out of trash from scholars. But the project Hupps as a whole, with the three proces books I have made is something where I am proud of. Mostly because I have learned a lot. I have learned how to set up a brand.
